Energy efficiency of the slow cooker 🤣 easily do a roast beef/pork or chicken

So quote me if I'm wrong here! But I've heard in these times with all electricity soring using your slow cooker for cooking is more efficient. I invested in one 3 years ago it's quite a large one but only used it a handful of times so I'm now thinking of doing meals in it most nights including a roast. So do you have any amazing recipes you like cooking in your slow cooker??? and suprise me with things that you've cooked in it as an idea. Veggie options also a winner as well as meat or fish 🤷‍♀️.

Also feel free to quote me if I'm wrong about the energy efficiency of the slow cooker 🤣.
