Cheese pudding, coleslaw & salad Recipe! crispy bits & the topping, but the soggy bottom wasnt good

Recipe - Cheese Pudding, Coleslaw & Salad 🩷 I find myself in a bit of a quandary with this dish. The flavors were fantastic, especially the crispy bits and the topping, but alas, the soggy bottom left much to be desired. No matter how long I extended the cooking time, it seems the consistency is intended to be akin to that of an egg custard. Regrettably, I couldn't overcome the texture hurdle. To avoid heating up the kitchen too much, I pulled out some kebabs and sausages from the freezer, quickly air frying them. I also had Jimmy grab some chips, and while the costings aren't stellar, they're not too bad either. I'm aware that the Weight Watchers points might be less than ideal, but I'm still hopeful for a positive outcome on Saturday, given how well I've stuck to my plan all week. So, for dinner, we enjoyed Pork, Mozzarella & Tomato Kebabs, Chicken & Choriz
