Recipe - Cheese Pudding, Coleslaw & Salad 🩷 I find myself in a bit of a quandary with this dish. The flavors were fantastic, especially the crispy bits and the topping, but alas, the soggy bottom left much to be desired. No matter how long I extended the cooking time, it seems the consistency is intended to be akin to that of an egg custard. Regrettably, I couldn't overcome the texture hurdle. Perhaps it suits some palates, but it's just not to my liking! On the home front, the kids are succumbing to the usual school-related ailments. Arlo seems to be holding up well, but Lily is under the weather 😞. She's weary, with runny eyes and a touch of fever. Curse you, school germs!
