Cheese pudding, coleslaw & salad Recipe! crispy bits & the topping, but the soggy bottom wasnt good

Recipe - Cheese Pudding, Coleslaw & Salad 🩷 I find myself in a bit of a quandary with this dish. The flavors were fantastic, especially the crispy bits and the topping, but alas, the soggy bottom left much to be desired. No matter how long I extended the cooking time, it seems the consistency is intended to be akin to that of an egg custard. Regrettably, I couldn't overcome the texture hurdle. Perhaps it suits some palates, but it's just not to my liking! On the home front, the kids are succumbing to the usual school-related ailments. Arlo seems to be holding up well, but Lily is under the weather 😞. She's weary, with runny eyes and a touch of fever. Curse you, school germs! In the midst of it all, I've just submitted an application for Ashton's secondary school – talk about a nerve-wracking experience! 😱😱😱 Ingredients: Eggs, sourced free from Olio 1/2 a loaf of bread (22p) 1/4 block of cheese (on offer at 62p) 1/2 block of Brie, courtesy of Olio Tomatoes,

Recipe - Meal plan, made the bolognese, kebabs & some sausages

Recipe - Meal Change - Pork, Mozzarella & Tomato Kebabs, Chicken & Chorizo Kebabs, Sausages, Chippy Chips & Curry Sauce. Today's scorching heat has left me feeling quite drained, so I decided to change up the meal plan. Luckily, I had previously prepared a bolognese, and in light of not feeling well, I cooked a stuffed marrow, letting it cool before freezing it. Additionally, I had a tub of bolognese that also made its way into the freezer, ensuring that nothing went to waste. To avoid heating up the kitchen too much, I pulled out some kebabs and sausages from the freezer, quickly air frying them. I also had Jimmy grab some chips, and while the costings aren't stellar, they're not too bad either. I'm aware that the Weight Watchers points might be less than ideal, but I'm still hopeful for a positive outcome on Saturday, given how well I've stuck to my plan all week. So, for dinner, we enjoyed Pork, Mozzarella & Tomato Kebabs, Chicken & Choriz
