For the Main Course:

Ingredients:

  • Leftover roast beef in gravy (previously costed as free)
  • 1/2 bag frozen cauliflower/broccoli (40p)
  • 1/3 round of Brie (Company shop, 28p)
  • Milk, flour, and butter (approximately 30p, with butter from Company shop)
  • 1/6 block of cheese (44p)
  • 1/4 bag of carrots (15p)
  • 1 onion (6p)
  • 1/2 cabbage (29p)
  • Leftover mash (previously costed as free)
  • Milk, eggs, and flour for batter mix (approximately 25p, with eggs sourced free from Olio)

Total Cost: £2.17

This wholesome meal served five, making it an economical 43p per person! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

For Dessert:

Ingredients:

  • Blackberries, handpicked by James & Lily
  • 1 tub of double cream
  • 1 tub of cheap soft cheese
  • A smidge of vanilla extract
  • Icing sugar
  • Cheap digestives
  • 1 tbsp butter
