Recipe - Homemade Ikea style meatballs, Ikea rosti’s, crispy onions, lingonberry jam, with sweetcorn & broccoli. Also sharing the cinnamon rolls that the kids had for dinner.

What Did Emma Say? 

You can make the sauce - brown the meatballs then remove from pan into a pre heated oven. Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine vinegar and light soy sauce, add beef stock and a tea spoon of dijon mustard, bring to the boil and simmer. Add 2 tablespoons of soft cheese, stir through. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until sauce reduces a little. I love the ikea sauce but this is almost as good and cheaper once you have the ingredients. It's a pinch of nom recipe.
