What Did Emma Say?
You can make the sauce - brown the meatballs then remove from pan into a pre heated oven. Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine vinegar and light soy sauce, add beef stock and a tea spoon of dijon mustard, bring to the boil and simmer. Add 2 tablespoons of soft cheese, stir through. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until sauce reduces a little. I love the ikea sauce but this is almost as good and cheaper once you have the ingredients. It's a pinch of nom recipe.
