Roasted chicken legs in the air fryer, then stripped them off the bone!

 5 days till shopping day!!! And the first time in a long time we’ve not had a roast 🙈 although hubby says if this is how we eat when we’re running out of food, then we need to run out more often 🤣🤣🤣
I had some chicken portions in the freezer, and some pastry I’d made previously.

Roasted this chicken legs in the air fryer, then stripped them off the bone. Rolled out my pastry, made a thick gravy with chicken stock, the juices from the chicken, and a bit of granules to thicken.
I call this stuffing poor man’s stuffing, as it doesn’t contain any meat etc.

I’d made bread rolls that were a little too hard for my liking, so ripped them up, and let them go stale.

In a pan fried off some diced onion in oil, dried sage, onion granules and salt & pepper, once softened I added my stale bread chunks, and mixed well, then added half a pint of chicken stock. Just enough to soak into the bread. Transfer mix to dish, top with a little butter, and cook in oven for 20 minutes or so 😋.
