Today's meal for me and the other half seen as we was kid free for an hour.
I put the minted lamb in the slow cooker on before work at 5am this morning and its delicious 😋
Pulled Minted lamb, carrot and swede mash, baked garlic mushrooms, baby corn, spring greens, and butter and herb potatoes in a thick gravy made with juices and red wine (currently enjoying drinking a glass too).
I made enough to fill 3 containers to freeze for work too.
