Recipe - Dinner tonight-crispy chicken burgers with paprika wedges and coleslaw. Pud was apple pastry and custard. Found the brioche buns in my cupboard BB 26/8 but they looked and smelled fine. Used 2 chicken br**sts sliced through to make 4 thinner slices. Didn’t have breadcrumbs (or bread-still in freezer!) so did flour/egg/and crushed some tortilla crisps from an open packet-sprayed with oil and baked. Wedges just chopped, skin on, oil/salt/paprika and baked.
