My fiance is amazing at making stews and set the bar high but I've never been able to get the hang of doing it myself. He's been working really long hours lately and with the cold weather lately I wanted to offer him a nice stew and warm oven baked bread as he's been craving it so I found a cheat version. Came across these cans and thought give them a go and was surprised at how lovely they were.
Loads of meat really tender, big bits of potato and veg. He was really pleased. Came to £2 each (tin each) which is cheaper than me making it from scratch with stewing beef and the cost of gas to cook the fresh veg.
