Recipe - It ain't Domino's but it looks better than domino's and tastes much better than domino's.
250 gms Self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan
In a roomy bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
Add the oil and 100 ml water.
Flick around with a blunt knife until it forms a shaggy dough.
Using fingers gathering together to form a ball.
Add water if too dry.....
Flour a board and knead the dough for a couple of minutes.
Roll out to fit a pizza tin.(mine is 25 cm)
I used Ketchup and Garlic puree first.
Then Grated Mozarella or your choice of cheese.
Then a cut up red pepper, cored and deseeded.
There were some black olives in the fridge.
I had some Chorizo left over so it went on.
Grated a chunk of Parmesan on top
Finished off with a couple of chopped spring onions I found in the salad drawer in fridge. Bake for 15minutes on a baking sheet or until the topping is bubbling.
