Recipe - Hotdog enchiladas 😀 with sweet potato fries, stuffed mushrooms & a lovely dressed salad
I wasnt expecting much from this ill be honest, but it was great 😀 definately one to make again! I got my hotdogs from Olio, but to buy they are much cheaper than chicken fillets! Very adaptable too as you can use whatever veg you like! Recipe at the end from Canned Food UK I did add spices as thought it wouldnt be very Mexican if I didnt… & forgot to put the kidney beans in… doh 🤦🏼.
