Recipe - Tonight’s dinner is sausage gnocchi bake - adapted from a Taming Twins (Insta) recipe of chorizo bake. I made some tomato pasta sauce last week using floppy bottom of the fridge veg, a tin of toms and a carton of passata-made 2 large portions which I froze-when I poured it over this it was a little thick so I added a small tin of cream of tomato soup.

This made 6 very generous portions.
