5 breakfasts 5 lunches and 5 dinners I also topped up my crisps and snack basket which will last around 2 weeks .... 32 items for £31.13p

I go through my cupboards and base my meals with what I have in my cupboards and every week I pick up some extra cupboard essentials. My meals this week are pasta or rice based as that's what I have in my cupboards 🙂
