Apple and Blackberry pies recipe - The apples gifted from a neighbour, and the blackberries picked on a dog walk. Stewed the 2 apples last evening, popped the blackberries in the hot apple, stirred in a teaspoon of sugar, and cornflour, and left it covered in the fridge overnight.
Almond sweet pastry knocked up this morning.
In the oven 200⁰C for 15 minutes. That's 15p of electricity plus pastry, sugar, cornflour, a rough estimate would make each pie approx 5p each result. They look yummy 😋.
