Recipe - This taste amazing bacon chicken and stuffing roll home made lovely for a Sunday roast or midweek meal 😊 This is bacon made into lattice then chicken that’s been flattened ( put chicken in a bag or cling film and hit with rolling pin lol ) then place chicken onto bacon make stuffing and place stuffing on one side of the chicken then roll tight I’m foil cook in hot oven 170 fan oven for about 45 mins then remove foil watch for juice as it’s hot then put back in oven to brown bacon 😊 done just added some more pics to help.
This would be good at Xmas for those who don't necessarily like turkey or can't afford x.
