Recipe - Another day of raiding the kitchen trying to come up with meals while keeping cost to a bare minimum. I had all ingredients so made a version of corned beef hash with cabbage and baked carrot peals (if its edible its being ate).
Made enough for 6 of us and 2 potions to freeze.
I'm up for work at 5am and won't arrive home until gone 10pm so with the rest of the ingredients I'm going to do some corn beef pasties for tomorrow, my partner can simply heat them up and serve with chips and gravy.
Roll on payday!!
Everyone has their own way of doing corned beef hash, my mom just do a load of mash potatoes then mash the corned beef in to, serve it lots of onion, or beans, cheese put it under the grill or in the oven to get a crust on.
