Romaine lettuce for a couple dollars recipe (3 bits and I only need one for a big salad)

Recipe - Lots of good sales this week! Romaine lettuce for a couple dollars (3 bits and I only need one for a big salad), cucumber for one dollar (only needed half) chicken was on sale and I got a family pack for under $5! Fresh corn was on sale for $0.15 each. 

So I was able to make dinner for 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby for around $10. Parmesan chicken, rice (cooked the chicken drippings into too 🤤), salad and buttered corn 😋
