My brother bought me a soup maker and I thought “Oh great, another gadget that will sit in the cupboard” I was wrong, it’s one of the easiest & quickest kitchen appliance I’ve used.
Pictured is a tomato soup made with our home grown tomatoes, a quartered onion, a few garlic cloves and vegetable stock on the smooth setting. It took half an hour, from raw to fully cooked, fed 2 adults with an extra portion for the freezer. I’ve also made a chunky vegetable soup with leftover gravy and veg that would have ended up in the bin.
It can be used to make sauces too. The best kitchen gadget I’ve ever owned.
