Recipe - Tonight's tea ❤️ Mushroom & veg curry with dried egg noodles 👍.
Hubby & I usually have 4 days ( 8 meals) meat free, to save us a few bob on the old food bills 😄.
So I made us a healthy & hearty mushroom, (homegrown) green bean, and onion curry, served with dried egg noodles. Curry sauce made with passata, garam masala, Chinese 5 spice (optional - not to everyone's taste), cumin & coriander powder, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and PLENTY of tumeric ❤️
Would be great with mayflower sauce always a winner in my house.
