Mince beef and onions with butter mash and spinach recipe

Recipe - So this month has been HARD but the end is near. 

I've signed a new contact at work, going from weekly pay to monthly pay, I've had a large amount to pay out to secure a new property and enrolled onto my nursing degree. With the bare minimum moneyed 4 kids it has been a struggle, but I have managed to make do, not beg steal or borrow and make meals from next to nothing due to raiding the kitchen. 

Today was mince beef and onions with butter mash and spinach.

I cannot wait to get my chops around a T bone steak!
