Minced beef & onion & stuffing pie recipe! With mash, mashed swede, peas, carrots & Yorkshires (& an onion for me 😂).
No Lily tonight as shes having tea & a playdate at her friends house 💕💕.
This was SO good, possibly my best pie yet, wasnt sure it was going to work but it did! I let the leftover mince & onions defrost, & mixed in a tub with 1/3 box dry stuffing mix, & a pack of fried off shiitake mushrooms, put all into a pastry base & covered with a later of cooled gravy, topped with more pastry & put in the oven for 25 minutes. Honestly it was delish & was so so rich from the ingredients. Loved it 🙂
