Recipe - Pizzas for dinner tonight. Quick base made from yoghurt and self raising flour and just topped with whatever we had open in the fridge. I then wiped a pan with oil and put the base in the hot pan for 2 mins to crisp the base.
I then popped it on a tray, put toppings on it and baked for 8 mins but you could keep it in the pan and just put a lid on after adding toppings if you are avoiding using your oven.
Very cheap, done in 20 mins and fun for my son to get involved with. Hope this helps someone.
We use this dough for Pizzas, flatbreads for kebabs, add herbs to flavour in different ways and often serve with curries, I make garlic bread with it and you can also use for calzone's or add butter and cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat. Please feel free to add your ideas too!
