Recipe - Bit of a change of plan for todays tea... not massively different as was supposed to be beef stew, & we have pork stew instead! I just wanted to use up the pork joint that I fluffed up at the weekend 😀 (I did freeze it! No food poisoning here 😂).

£5.28 fed 5 for £1.05 each 🙂 I have loads of leftover Yorkshires too! That amount made 31 Yorkshire puds! Xxx.
