Chicken dinner recipe! As I said before I wasnt going to do one but I enjoyed it thoroughly! With homemade Malteser cheesecake for pud 😀.
We have leftovers so made 2 dinners (plus gravy) for me & Jimmy tomorrow eve when hes back (kids will have cheese toasties or something, they wont want another roast)… & even after that we still have leftover Yorkshires, stuffing & chicken which has all gone into the freezer 🙂.
The carcass is in the oven getting some colour on it to make stock! This is a definite rubber chicken, I feel like its gone much further this week, dont know if the weight has gone up of the one I usually buy?! Not that im complaining 😊.
