Recipe - We had a really lovely tea tonight recipe! Chicken taco broccoli bake, with sweetcorn 🙂 Jimmys gone to Beni on his stag do today so just 4 of us for tea tonight!
Will definately make this again, but precook the frozen broccoli a bit as it wasnt quite soft enough for us! Tasted really nice, & it makes a lot too, Arlo had seconds & I still have leftovers that ive popped into the freezer for Shawne when we have a fish meal.
Ive also made egg mayo for tomorrows dinner 🙂 one less thing to fuss about tomorrow!
2 packs chicken chunks free from Olio
300g rice 45p
Taco seasoning sachet 10p
2/3 tub soft cheese 66p
1/3 bag frozen broccoli 40p
1/6 block cheese 44p
Couple of handfuls of frozen sweetcorn 16p
