Recipe - It was supposed to be toad in the hole tonight but its wayyyy too hot for that, so grabbed these chicken fajita things from Heron, £1 a box, really tasty! Made with buttery minty baby potatoes & salady bits, & homemade pickles 🙂

Salady bits 60p ish
Homemade pickles free as the jalapeño jar was empty so reused the vinegar, & added chopped cucumber which was free from Olio 😀
