Bacon, Tomato, Cheese, and Onion (BTCO) Pasta Salad with Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2/3 pack smoked bacon (£0.83)
• Fusilli pasta (£0.80)
• 1/6 block cheese (£0.44)
• 2 large tomatoes (free from Olio)
• 1/4 bottle light mayo (£0.21)
• 1 tablespoon red pepper dip (£0.18 ish)
• Red onion (£0.06)
• Garlic bread (£0.37)
• Hummus (free from Olio)

Total Cost: £2.89

Instructions:

1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions.
2. In a pan, fry the smoked bacon until crispy.
3. Chop tomatoes, cheese, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
