I really fancied spag & meatballs but when I was sat thinking about it I decided I needed those beautiful flavours from our honeymoon… so added some meatball mix to the mince that I picked up in Cyprus, along with extra mint, tomatoes & a few other bits & bobs, & added mint & oregano to the pasta sauce!
It was so so delicious, will definately make it again with the added extras!
