Ingredients:

- Handful of pearl barley (16p)
- 2 onions (12p)
- 1/4 bag of carrots (11p)
- 2 stock cubes (6p)
- Mash (free from Olio)
- 1/3 bag of frozen broccoli (31p)
- Gravy granules (16p)
Total Cost: £3.53
Instructions:
- In a pot, cook the venison until browned.
- Add sliced onions, diced carrots, and pearl barley.
- Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, add stock cubes, and bring to a simmer.
- Let it cook until the venison is tender and the barley is cooked through.
- Thicken the stew with gravy granules to your desired consistency.
- Serve the venison stew over a bed of mashed potatoes and alongside steamed broccoli.
