Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack frozen chicken fillets (£1.99)
- Onion (6p)
- Pepper (60p)
- Shiitake mushrooms (free from Olio)
- Soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch (25p ish)
- Chilli & coriander noodles (reduced, £1.08)
- Singapore noodles (reduced, 95p)
Total Cost: £4.93
Instructions:
For Chicken & Veg Stir Fry:
- Thaw and slice the frozen chicken fillets.
- Stir-fry the chicken in a wok until it's cooked through.
- Add sliced onion, pepper, and shiitake mushrooms to the wok.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch to create a flavorful sauce. Pour this over the stir fry and toss until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.
For Chilli & Coriander Noodles:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix in chilli and coriander seasoning for an extra kick.
For Singapore Noodles:
- Prepare the Singapore noodles according to package instructions.
