Recipe - Chicken & Veg Stir Fry with Chilli & Coriander Noodles, Plus Singapore Noodles - a delightful fusion of flavors! And, of course, Wedding Cake for dessert, what a treat!


  • 1/2 pack frozen chicken fillets (£1.99)
  • Onion (6p)
  • Pepper (60p)
  • Shiitake mushrooms (free from Olio)
  • Soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch (25p ish)
  • Chilli & coriander noodles (reduced, £1.08)
  • Singapore noodles (reduced, 95p)

Total Cost: £4.93


For Chicken & Veg Stir Fry:

  1. Thaw and slice the frozen chicken fillets.
  2. Stir-fry the chicken in a wok until it's cooked through.
  3. Add sliced onion, pepper, and shiitake mushrooms to the wok.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch to create a flavorful sauce. Pour this over the stir fry and toss until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.

For Chilli & Coriander Noodles:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Mix in chilli and coriander seasoning for an extra kick.

For Singapore Noodles:

  1. Prepare the Singapore noodles according to package instructions.
