Recipe - Pan-Fried Chicken with Bearnaise Sauce, Veg & Air-Fried Tinned Potatoes – Ashton did a great job! And, of course, Lily's Pepperoni Pasta is a perfectly acceptable summer holiday choice! 😄

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets (£2.60)
  • 2 bags of veg (free from Olio)
  • 2 tins of potatoes (78p)
  • Bearnaise sauce sachet (reduced, 40p ish)
  • Milk
  • Pepperoni pasta ready meal (free from Olio)

Total Cost: £3.78

Instructions:

  1. Pan-fry the chicken fillets until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Prepare the Bearnaise sauce by following the instructions on the sachet, using milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Air-fry the tinned potatoes until they are crispy. (Note: Be cautious of potential "exploders"!)
  4. Cook the mixed vegetables to your liking.
  5. Assemble the pan-fried chicken on the plate, top with Bearnaise sauce, and serve with a side of air-fried tinned potatoes and mixed vegetables.

  1. Prepare the pepperoni pasta ready meal according to package instructions.

Did you put coating on your air fried potatoes ? I read on one of the groups to stop the potatoes exploding you need to prick them with a fork first.
