  • Pork joint (£6.03)
  • 1/4 bag of carrots (11p)
  • Onion (6p)
  • Brussels (95p)
  • Sweet potato & normal potato (70p)
  • Swede (59p)
  • Roast potatoes (free from Olio)
  • Flour, egg & milk for batter mix
  • Stuffing (49p)
  • Gravy granules (16p)
  • Vimto cheesecake (£0.50 from the Company shop)
  • Watermelon
  • Squirty cream

Instructions:

For Roast Pork Dinner:

  1. Roast the pork joint until it's perfectly cooked with a crispy crapeling.
  2. Roast the potatoes until they're golden and crunchy.
  3. Boil or steam the carrots, swede, and Brussels until tender.
  4. Mash the sweet potato and normal potato together.
  5. Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
  6. Make a batter mix with flour, egg, and milk for the Yorkshire puddings.
  7. Whip up some delicious gravy with gravy granules.

For Vimto Cheesecake with Watermelon & Squirty Cream:
